Coelurus

About Coelurus

Little is known about Coelurus. This small meat-eater, or carnivore, was discovered by Othniel Charles Marsh in Wyoming, North America, around 1879. Coelurus was about the same height as a full grown man. This might seem big, but in dinosaur terms, this was a small creature indeed. It is possible that Coelurus was a direct ancestor of the most famous dinosaur of all: T-Rex.
