Eoraptor

About Eoraptor

Eoraptor is one of the earliest known dinosaurs. This creature was discovered in 1991 by a group of students doing research in Argentina, and was named by Paul Sereno. Eoraptor was a lightweight predator with hollow bones, much like modern day birds. Its teeth were suited for eating small animals such as lizards and worms. Although smaller, this small predator dinosaur was constructed much like later predator dinosaurs, with small forelegs and large hind legs, allowing it to walk and run bipedally.
