About
Avimimus
Avimimus was discovered and named in the late 1970s. At the time of its discovery, a few thought that it had feathers. However, at that time, this was a radical notion. Today, evidence of feathered Dinosaurs is much more clear and strong.
Whether feathered or not, Avimimus was a swift runner and hunter, able to scoop up small prey, and crush it in its beak.
