About Carnotaurus
Carnotaurus lived in Argentina, South America around 100 million years ago. Fossil records show that this strange looking Dinosaur had very short arms, large head, with short horns just above the eyes, and powerful hind-legs.
Scale impressions found in the rock around bone fossils help scientists understand what the animals skin looked like.
Carnotaurus probably ate young plant eating dinosaurs, though there is still much debate about its diet.
